oh men. this is terrible. ive been hooked into watching the television lately.. sounds ordinary diba? but what is so exceptional is the show that ive been into. guess what.. naaaliw ako sa awayan ng dalawang "religious" groups.. Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) VS. Ang Dating Daan (ADD)..

no offense sa dalawang grupo na to, pero i think they are just wasting their time debating and cutting each other's throat sa mga bagay na hindi ko lang sure kung nalalaman o naiintindihan ba nila. i cant understand them. it seems that they piss each other off, masyadong pinapansin yung mali ng kabilang grupo.. im not saying na hindi tama ang pumuna ng kamalian, if ever, pero POR PABOR, bago naman tayo mamuna ng kamalian ng iba, tignan muna natin yung mga dapat baguhin natin. these two groups have been debating for years and i dont think that it will help them grow. what good effect will it bring sa dalawang "religious" groups na to?? hay buhay. debate dito, debate dun. both claim that they are the "right way", the "true way".. ano ba talga gusto nilang palabasin? there is just ONE WAY.. si JESUS..

What Manny Salgado did was cheap for some, and some do not care. Come to think of it, why should they care? Let's zoom in the micro level. I study in LaSalle. While I do not mean to offend people, there are assholes and childish people here and I am sure ADMU has its share of bad apples. Should I give a fuck if someone from my university commits a crime? Maybe, but I won't cry over it. Why should I? I'm not the one who commited the crime. That's his sin. As if I had any control over it. Just like the fiascos that Wesley Gonzales got involved in the past whom people condemned as "immature" etc. I am not justifying their acts. I am merely pointing out that blame should never go to the institution, or to its entire student populus. The fault lies in the individual. An individual's morality is independent from his school. He/she chooses whatever he/she wants to be and must face the consequences.

My DLSU Green Archers have beaten the Blue Eagles black and blue once again. Overcoming the law of averages and sweeping them 3-0 for this season.

Highlights of the game:

-Rico Maerhoffer's strong drive to the hoop.
-Rico Maerhoffer's strong drive and dunk.
-Rico Maerhoffer's alley-oop 180 reverse dunk.
-Joseph Yeo's "ninja" like lay up.
-Pep Squad doing the Arana "jiggy" to piss off the blue crowd.
-The "gwapings" pose by the Archers during the dying seconds of the game.

Some comments:
-I have said it over and over again, cockiness/taunting/jeering/dancing/posing in contact sports especially basketball are all legal in my book. Who are we kidding here? The crowd of both schools are cussing/taunting/jeering the players of the opposing team. Why would it be deemed "immature" or "arrogant" if a player does it? Heck, I have an atenean friend and I told him I feel like shooting LA Tenorio with a shotgun and he doesn't really give a shit. Face it...it's called INTENSITY. This is what makes Wesley Gonzales mr. bad boy of the UAAP. He backs up his game with attitude. Look at Ron Artest and his # of Technical Fouls. Does anyone give a crap really? NO! Because they know its what make Ron Artest RON ARTEST. Antoine Walker loves to dance too when he kills the other team when he is steaking. Even the BEST basketball player that ever lived, Michael Jordan has his trademark taunt, the "tongue". Can you imagine how the UAAP will be without attitude and "immaturity"? No drama, no rivalries, no impact and it would be stale and boring.

Hahaha....oh man. This is funny. RA taunting Ken Baracoso with the jiggy dance. It's sad that some people cry foul and throw their self-righteous opinions at Ryan's dancing act. People who thought this was cheap and immature must be kidding. Come on, trash talking, taunting, jeering are all part of the game. If any Atenean player would have just the creativity to do such a thing I wouldn't really take it personally against him. Try watching American Football. When a player makes a key touchdown, he will breakdance on the floor to the delight of the crowd. I don't see anyone making an issue of it. If people don't want to see "immaturity" then basketball/contact sports/fan-based games aren't for them.
